Isolation
Every firm is a silo
- Every record is tagged to your firm, and every read is scoped to your firm. There is no shared pool of projects, catalogs, or pricing that other firms can browse.
- Your product catalog, labor rates, margin rules, and design standards live in your firm's configuration and are only ever applied to your projects.
- Your clients only see what you publish. Client-facing documents are pinned, approved versions. Drafts, internals, and pricing worksheets never leave your workspace.
- Logins are provisioned by us, per firm. There is no self-signup, and a login for one firm cannot read another firm's data, by design and by code.
Learning
What Ravyn learns from you stays yours
Ravyn gets better with every project: it studies the edits you make between draft and approval, learns your preferred lines, and remembers how your firm writes labor, presents pricing, and specs systems.
That learning is scoped to your firm. A rule learned from your corrections is applied to your future projects only. It is never used to improve drafts for another firm, and no other firm's habits bleed into yours.
Benchmarks
Aggregate insight, never exposure
Ravyn can show you how projects in your budget band compare across the network: which subsystems are typically included, and where a proposal may be underscoped. Here is how that works without exposing anyone:
- Off by default. Network benchmarks only run where the program is enabled.
- Anonymized and aggregated. A statistic is only shown when at least three firms contribute to it, so nothing can be traced back to any one shop.
- Aggregates only. Benchmarks cover subsystem mix, inclusion rates, and network-wide medians. Firm names, client names, any single firm's pricing, and margins never cross the boundary.
Portability
You can leave anytime, and take everything
No hostage data, no export tickets, no waiting on us. Your portal has a one-click export that hands you everything Ravyn stores for your firm: your brand kit, your product and pricing library as CSV and JSON, every project's structured data, and every published document as HTML and PDF.
It downloads in one zip, on demand, without asking us first. We would rather earn next quarter than lock you into last one.
